Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Parker Linear Actuators ETB32M10LA7FM100A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Payne-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Piezo-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Payne-Engineering such as the 18EM3450HP3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP8EA16 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMD101 by Manufacturer Piezo-Motor as well.
